1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

SEO Rose Digital Agency provides digital marketing and web services including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Management
• Google Ads & Paid Advertising
• Content Writing & Strategy
• AI Automation & Chatbots

Service details, deliverables, and timelines are specified in the service packages at the time of order.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due in full before work commences.
• We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

4. Revisions & Delivery

• Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds.
• Delivery timelines begin from the date the complete client brief is received.
• Delays caused by client inaction (late brief, unreachable) do not count against our delivery timeline.
• Unlimited revisions packages cover scope-consistent changes, not complete redesigns.

5. Refund Policy

• Before work begins: Full refund available within 24 hours of payment.
• In progress: Partial refund based on work completed, at our discretion.
• Delivered: No refund after final deliverables have been approved or downloaded.
• Refund requests must be submitted via the client portal or by emailing [email protected].

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project briefs and materials
• Respond to our team's queries within 3 business days
• Ensure you hold rights to any materials (logos, images, copy) provided to us
• Not use our deliverables for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the final deliverables. SEO Rose retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEO Rose Digital Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, advertising performance, or business outcomes, as these depend on external factors outside our control.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. You may close your account at any time via the client portal.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal action. By using our services, you consent to these terms.
